‘Apsu’ is a song that represents the end of our journey; but only just the beginning for our loved ones we have lost.

We now find that they have crossed over into the magical and mystical lands of our great elders and of the many ancient myths of aeons long past.

They find that they have much work and many great tasks at hand to do now, the greatest ever known; and that they must at last rise up to take eternal charge and command.

We will not be seeing them here in this life anymore, but we will join them at their side in the battles soon to come, when it is our calling to do so.

They wait, they ride, they are life eternal. They will return to us when they have to, when they need to, when they want to, and when it is right for them…

I love you, Brother, I wish we had more time together in this life. I barely knew you. But there will be plenty more of it in the next...I know this now...

This song and all the others within the ‘Songwerks-B (eP)’ by Lord Xynyx are created and dedicated in memory of Stephen Blaine Prairie, for all of his (our) family, and to all those who loved him and knew him.
